Asif Rangoonwala
Chief Executive Officer
wealth of experience with the Rangoonwala Group of companies, working his way up from trainee to Group Managing Director, thereby overseeing the operations of a number of companies. His responsibilities have included coordinating the construction of major bulk liquid storage facilities in Malaysia and Pakistan, and manufacturing, marketing and distribution on an international scale. As Managing Director of European Commodities Limited, Asif led the group’s investment management activities in the global markets. Asif is Chairman of the Rangoonwala Foundation which provides vocational training, medical centres, libraries and other life-enhancing facilities for marginalised communities worldwide. Passionate about sports, particularly powerboat racing, he is the Chairman and CEO of Powerboat P1, the marine industry’s equivalent to Formula 1 Grand Prix Racing.
David Goldstone CBE

for renewal and redevelopment at Paddington Central of the 1980s. Further, the company was involved
in many high quality projects: landmark buildings such as the MI6 Headquarters and the Marble Arch
Tower; and 3a Palace Green on Kensington Palace Road which is regarded as one of the finest
residential buildings in London.
Throughout a long and successful career David has always maintained significant outside interests.
He has been Chairman of both Cardiff City and Swansea football clubs and held senior positions at
the University of London, Coram Family, Wales Millennium Centre, and Foundling Museum. David is an
honorary fellow at the LSE.
Darren Screen
Finance Director

Most recently Darren was Director of Property Finance for DSGI plc where he was responsible for all
aspects of finance for the group property portfolio. This included freehold purchase, development and
sale transactions, leasehold acquisition and disposal, investment appraisal, management and statutory
reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting. Darren was also responsible for property systems and
for the facilities management function covering the UK store portfolio and the Group’s head
office.
Darren joins South Street as Finance Director where he is responsible for all aspects of the Finance
Department. Specifically responsible for internal and external financial reporting, compliance,
investment appraisal, structuring of vehicles, financing transactions and investor liaison.
Charles Kerr
Property Development Director
This included securing opportunities throughout London, undertaking appraisals, obtaining planning
permission and controlling the construction process.
Charles is responsible for the identification and acquisition of opportunities throughtout London and
the South East.
Adnan Shaikh
Legal Director
Adnan has a wealth of advisory experience. He is also well acquainted with real estate securitisation transactions and has represented financial institutions and insolvency practitioners on the reconstruction of real estate debt and work outs. After working for the Real Estate Group at Denton Wilde Sapte he joined South Street in February 2006 as Legal Director providing pragmatic, proactive commercial and legal advice for all aspects of the business. Adnan is responsible for the management of all the company’s legal affairs, including: acquisitions; disposals; funding and refinancing; company secretarial duties; and corporate governance.

Commercial Operations Manager
Experienced at working at both strategic and tactical levels delivering key business objectives by developing individuals and teams within the retail, property management and customer service sectors.
Robyn Hicks
Marketing Manager
brand and product management, social media marketing, training and development. Robyn joined South Street in December 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of marketing and customer communications and delivering consistently high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
